On Thursday, Aug. 31, Taylor Swift announced via Instagram that The Eras Tour is coming to the big screen. Set to release on Oct. 13 in theaters all over North America, fans will now be able to revisit the record-breaking tour.
AMC Theaters acts as a major partner in this release, making several improvements to their website in preparation and guaranteeing that the film will be played a minimum of four times Thursday-Sunday following the initial release. Regal and Cinemark have also declared their participation in the film’s screening and more are expected to follow suit. Tickets went live with standard screen tickets selling at $19.89 for adults and $13.13 for children and seniors.
Swifties all over North America have already begun preparing for the release, hoping to celebrate the tour like it is “the very last night.”
