- The Fosters: In this family drama, teenager Callie Jacob is placed in a loving foster home with a lesbian couple and their children. Callie battles with love, loss and self-acceptance. “The Fosters” fourth season airs on Mondays at 8:00 p.m on Freeform. New viewers can catch up on the last three seasons on Netflix.
- The Voice: This national competition features talented singers in their quest to sign a record deal. Contestants are judged and mentored by artists Alicia Keys, Miley Cyrus, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton.The voice returns Sept. 19, at 8:00 pm, kicking off the start to their eleventh season.
- Grey’s Anatomy: This medical drama series follows the lives of a group of doctors at a hospital in Seattle. Doctor Meredith Grey, the daughter of a famous surgeon, struggles to maintain relationships with her colleagues. Sept. 22 marks the kickoff of this drama’s thirteenth season. New viewers can catch up on the past twelve seasons on Netflix.
- How to Get Away with Murder: Unorthodox defense lawyer, Annalise Keating, and her student interns solve complex cases. Their involvement in these cases often wreaks havoc on their personal lives. The suspense returns Sept. 22, at 10/9 central, on ABC. New viewers can catch up on the last three seasons on Netflix.
- Atlanta: Alfred Miles, a popular new Atlanta rapper, struggles to learn the difference between real life and the street life. His manager and cousin, Earn, gets caught up in the local rap scene, willing to do whatever he can to get Alfred’s career to the next level. This promising new series airs Tuesdays at 10:00 p.m. on FX network.
- American Horror Story: This horror filled series airs its first episode Sept. 14 at 10:00 p.m. on FX network. Producers have yet to reveal this 6th seasons theme. Those interested in watching the AHS past five seasons can view them on Netflix.
- New Girl: “New Girl” follows the lives of a group of friends living in LA. Spunky and comical Jess moves into a loft with three single guys as roommates. Soon enough Jess, her best friend Cece and her roommates form a tight bond, resembling a dysfunctional family. Sept. 22 at 8:30 p.m. marks the start to the show’s sixth season. New viewers can watch seasons one through four on Netflix.
- The Walking Dead: This drama follows the lives of officer Rick Grimes, his family and a group of other survivors during a zombie Apocalypse. The pressure to survive a world filled with deadly zombies causes many of the group members to make cruel decisions. Rick begins to discover the staggering fear of the survivors may be more fatal than the zombies themselves. This gritty drama returns to screens on Oct. 23 at 9/8 central on AMC.
- Modern Family: Told from the perspective of an off screen documentary filmmaker, this series shows the honest and often comical insight into three different, but related families. Modern family returns to TV screen on Sept. 21 at 9:00 p.m. on ABC to premiere the start of its eighth season.
- Scream Queens: This modern take on a classic “whodunit” follows the investigation of a death at Wallace University. As the investigation progresses, more casualties arise, making anyone the next victim. This mysterious series starts its second season Sept. 20 at 9:00 p.m. on FOX.
